Summary
The manuscript formalizes a development path from OSINT-assisted market research toward an adaptive Intelligence-to-Content architecture. It combines OSINT, SOCMINT, source provenance, evidence fusion, probabilistic decisioning, feedback learning and governance in an auditable research model. DIBA is described as the acquisition and evidence layer, webOwie as the reference implementation, Silent Hunter as an intelligence-first decision concept, and The Orchestra as the orchestration model coordinating specialized components.
